Dear Omar,

How are you? I hope you're having a good week. I'm writing with some happy news: my grandparents will celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary next month, and my family is organising a big party for them. I would love you to come!

It's on Sunday 15 June, in the garden of my uncle's house outside the city, from about 2 pm. There will be a big lunch for around sixty people, with live music and dancing, and a cake in the shape of a heart. My grandfather has promised a speech, which may last longer than anyone wants!

I'd really like you to be there because you know my grandparents well, and they always ask about you. They still talk about the summer you stayed with us, and it would make the day even more special for me.

As for what to wear, it's not a formal event, but we're all dressing up a bit, so a nice shirt and trousers would be fine.

Please let me know soon!

Love,
Dilshod
