I'd like to describe the Chorsu Bazaar in Tashkent, which I visited last spring with a visitor from abroad who wanted to see a traditional market. It's one of the oldest and biggest in Central Asia, and I'd been there before, but this time I really noticed how lively it was.

We arrived at about nine o'clock on a Saturday morning. The first thing that hit us was the smell: fresh bread, spices, melons and grilled meat all mixed together. Under the large blue dome in the centre, there were rows of stalls selling dried fruit, nuts and sweets, piled in beautiful colourful pyramids. Outside, there were vegetables, flowers, carpets and clothing. Sellers were calling out to customers, inviting us to taste a piece of apricot or a slice of watermelon, and buyers were haggling cheerfully over the price.

We spent about three hours there. My guest bought a bag of almonds and a hand-painted ceramic bowl, and I tried to bargain for her, though I was clearly not as good as the sellers. We also stopped at a small stall for samsa, fresh from the oven, and it was delicious.

What I liked most was the energy and the friendliness of the people; it felt like the heart of the city. The only thing I disliked was the crowd. It was hot and noisy, and at times we could barely move. But overall, it was a memorable and authentic experience, and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to see real local life.

Nimaga e’tibor berish kerak

  • Javob kartochkadagi punktlarni tartib bilan qamrab oladi, shuning uchun imtihon oluvchi uni oson kuzatadi.
  • Har bir punktda aniq tafsilot yoki qisqa hikoya bor, aynan shu nutqni ikki daqiqa davom ettiradi.
  • Eng ko‘p vaqt oxirgi «explain» qatoriga ajratiladi, chunki aynan shu yerda fikringizni aytasiz va til boyligingizni ko‘rsatasiz.

Bu javobni mashq uchun biz yozganmiz, u IELTS’dan olinmagan. Undan tuzilma va iboralarni oling, hikoyani esa o‘zingizdan aytib bering: imtihon oluvchilar yodlangan javoblarni sezadi.

Ko‘p beriladigan savollar

IELTS kartochkasida tadbirni qanday tasvirlash kerak?

Vaziyatni tasvirlang: qachon, qayerda va kimlar bor edi, keyin nima bo‘lganini tartib bilan aytib bering. Nega esda qolgani bilan yakunlang. Agar katta tadbirda bo‘lmagan bo‘lsangiz, yaxshi eslaydigan kichik tadbir ko‘proq mos keladi.
