Show model letter (180 words)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I have recently moved house and to ask you to update my details in your records.

My new address is Flat 5, 18 Elm Gardens, Birmingham, B15 3TQ. I moved there on 1 March, and my previous address was 42 Station Road, Coventry. I am on the second year of the Business Administration course, and my student number is 20458713. My telephone number and email address have not changed.

I am worried that my post may still be going to the old address, so I would be grateful if you could make this change as soon as possible. In particular, I am expecting a letter about my scholarship payment in the next few weeks, and I would not like it to be lost.

Could you also tell me whether I need to fill in any other forms, for example for the library, the student accommodation office or my tuition fee account? If so, I will complete them immediately.

Thank you very much for your help.

Yours faithfully,
Anna Kowalski
