Dear Mr Nowak,

I hope you are well. As you know, we have to give our joint presentation to the management team on 22 November, and I think it is time we sat down to plan it properly.

At the moment, we need to decide on the structure and to divide the work between us. I suggest that we start with the market research results and then move to the proposals for the new product, followed by a short section on costs and timing. We also need to decide who will present each part.

Could we meet for about an hour next week? I am free on Monday after 2 pm, on Tuesday morning and on Thursday at any time. If none of these suit you, please suggest a time that does, and I will try to adjust my schedule.

Before we meet, it would be very helpful if you could prepare the sales figures for the last two quarters, as well as any ideas for the presentation. I will bring the draft introduction.

Best wishes,
Ewa Kowalska
