  2. How do you usually celebrate holidays with your family?
  3. Do you enjoy cooking or eating together with your family?
  4. Which tradition would you like to pass on to your children? [Why?]
  5. Do you think family traditions are changing? [Why/Why not?]

How to answer Part 1 questions

  • Answer the question, then add one reason or a short example.
  • Do not learn answers by heart. Part 1 is about you, and memorised answers sound memorised.
  • If a question asks why, say why. Short one-word answers cost fluency marks.
