تُوجَّه الرسالة شبه الرسمية إلى شخص تعرفه لكنك لست قريبًا منه، مثل جار أو معلم أو مدير. كن مهذبًا وودودًا، وخاطبه باسمه، واختم بـ Yours sincerely أو Kind regards.
