Dear Mrs Moore,

I am writing to thank you for arranging the repair of the leak in my bathroom so quickly. When I called you on Monday evening, I did not expect anyone to come until the end of the week, so I was very surprised and grateful when the plumber arrived the next morning.

I am pleased to tell you that the problem has now been completely solved. The plumber found that one of the pipes under the sink had cracked, and he replaced it in less than two hours. He also checked the other pipes and the floor, and there is no further damage. The ceiling in the flat below remained dry, which was my main worry.

I appreciate how considerate you have been. Many landlords would have waited longer or asked me to deal with it myself, and your prompt action has saved a lot of stress.

I would also like to say that I am very happy living in the flat. It is comfortable, quiet and in a good location, and I hope to stay for a long time.

Thank you again.

Yours sincerely,
Lucia Fernandez
