Dear Ms Edwards,

I am writing on behalf of the students in the Tuesday evening photography class to raise some concerns about the room that we have been using since the beginning of term.

There are three main problems. Firstly, the room is extremely cold, as the heating has hardly ever worked, and most of us keep our coats on throughout the lesson. Secondly, it is very noisy. The room is next to the sports hall, and we can often hear shouting and loud music, so we sometimes miss what the teacher is saying. Finally, it is much too small. There are twenty-two of us, and we have to sit very close together, with hardly any space for our equipment.

These conditions are making it hard for students to concentrate, and some of them have told me that they might stop attending if nothing changes, which would be a shame since the course is excellent.

I wonder whether we could be moved to a larger, warmer room, such as the one on the first floor, which is empty on Tuesday evenings.

Thank you for your help.

Yours sincerely,
Martin Dvorak
