Dear Leo,

I hope you're doing well! I need your advice about something big, and I know you'll tell me honestly what you think.

Last week, I was offered a job as a sales manager at a software company in Amsterdam. The salary is much higher than what I earn now, and I'd lead a small team, which is something I've wanted for years.

The problem is that I'm not sure I should go. I'd have to leave my family and all my friends, and I've never lived abroad. My current job isn't perfect, but I know the people and the work, and it feels safe.

I keep making lists of pros and cons, but I still can't decide. You moved to a new city yourself, so what do you think I should do? I'm also worried about the cost of renting a flat there, and my Dutch is non-existent, although everyone at the company speaks English.

I need to give them an answer by the end of next week.

Best wishes,
Arman
