  1. Do you like travelling?
  2. Where did you go on your last trip?
  3. Do you prefer travelling alone or with others?
  4. What do you like to do when you visit a new place?
  5. Is there a country you would love to visit? [Why?]

How to answer Part 1 questions

  • Answer the question, then add one reason or a short example.
  • Do not learn answers by heart. Part 1 is about you, and memorised answers sound memorised.
  • If a question asks why, say why. Short one-word answers cost fluency marks.
